Incredibly helpful Concierge!
We have been resident here for 2 years and loved the apartments in terms of livable space and amenities. Today I'd like to ... leave a note for a very helpful Concierge member, Christian, who went out of her way to help me retrieve mails that are still accidentally sent to this address now that we have moved out of NC state. The Inspire is an incredible place to live
I have been so happy here at The Inspire. In fact, I have not found a comparable value in other rental properties. The building ... is beautiful; well maintained; surrounded by trees and a delightful little village full of restaurants, art, and specialty shops; and has an ice cream shop right across the street! Management is very pro-active, communicates regularly, and the maintenance team is amazing - as are the on-site sales agents. Oh yes, the apartments are lovely. Highly recommend. My experience I had today on March 21st was horrible. I went to speak Tiffany about my insurance and to cancel a room rental. ... First of all Tiffany didn't and refused to explain the complete details of the hall rental contract cancelation policy. I was originally told that the fee would go back to the original form of payment. But, when I canceled this morning that changed. I was then told it will show as a credit on my rent. Then nothing was said after that, she literally started talking and having conversations with other people right in front of me. Seeing that that issue was overlooked, I then brought up the initial issue that we actually had an appointment for. I explained to her we never got an approval email from the verification department acknowledging we had rental insurance. So I bought the dec page down as proof of insurance. This meeting was actually scheduled by Tiffany but it took place in the lobby in front the Concierge and other guest coming in and out the building. I had to ask her to go in the office so everyone couldn't hear me discussing my personal business. After that she became very dismissive and gave some fake apology while shaking her head. I was so upset I just got up and left before I would say something I couldn't take back. Don't deal with Tiffany because she is unprofessional and disrespectful.
